Another Ride for STARS occured on Sunday, but on a much, much smaller scale. It was the GWRRA Chapter AB-B annual Poker Run in honor of a past Chapter Director who lost his life in an accident. Ted & I were blessed to have a borrowed Goldwing for the day . . . (we were having withdrawal symptoms after not riding for 2 weeks!!) Connie Otto won the poker hand BTW!!

This was our meeting up location with the Innisfail Chapter, the A&W in Ponoka. We met some new folks on the left, Rob & Lois Christensen and introduced them to our members, Rob & Lois Pritchard! How's that for pairing up? Notice the glas are wearing the same color t-shirts too! Amazing!
Our destination for the BBQ was at Mulhurst at Trike Zone. I had never been out there and WOW! do they have a nice variety of fancy trikes!! Of course they also have Honda accessories which wasn't lost on our guys! haha! Here you see Ted and Fred Ward going for a spin on a snazzy trike.
We had a great time and returned home just in time for Geordie and Jean to come by to pick up their Goldwing! Thanks for the loan . . . we had a blast!
