Light Up in Westlock

Ted & Kristin went downtown for "Light Up 2009"
Assignment: get some night shots with the camera-
tough to do with the parade floats MOVING!!

A little chilly out- even red necks have to wear their caps
and keep their ears warm at the same time!

Working on a Christmas book . . .

Another project for Photobook . . . this one is about three-quarters finished.

Busy Weekend!

Friday morning we all woke up to a white blanket of snow. . .

Kristin & I went to see a movie then ran errands and did some shopping!

Saturday morning, I taught a quilt class in Westlock.

Saturday we spent the eveing with neighbors having dinner. WOW!
Don and Sharon put on a spread-and it was so nice to meet up
with more of our neighbors- Don & Carol - Ted worked with
Don at the Rotary Dinner Theatre- he plays an awesome guitar!

Sharon made an awesome salad. . .

. . . .and Don makes a real killer apres dinner coffee!

Big Job for the Crew Starts Today

Steve rips the old fabric off the booth backrests. . .

Boston Pizza in Westlock needs booth backs to be replaced.
It is a big job and tricky because they can't tie up booths
while business is booming!

My Newest Project

Now that I finally got my 1977 South Seas vacation scrapped
and sent off for publishing, I've started to work on the two quad
trips we took this Spring & Summer. Very basic & simple so it
shouldn't take too long. Maybe after this I can get some work
done on our Wedding Album- only 31 years overdue! haha!

Helped Scott Move Yesterday

Scott moved into a three bedroom bi-level in Slave Lake
yesterday. Ted & I were there to help and check out his
first real house. It's pretty nice, with a big double garage
in the back, a tri-level sundeck and a finished basement.
He did pretty well! Now he just has to find furniture to
fill up the empty rooms!
