At -46.1 C, coldest city on the continent beats previous benchmark
low by 10 degrees

83rd Avenue form an ice cave on Sunday. Edmonton was the coldest
city in North America at minus 46.1 C. recorded at 5 a.m., or minus 58.4,
with the wind chill, at the international airport.
