Crews work at a hectic pace Wednesday morning on expansion joints to stop flooding on the Whoop-Up Drive bridge deck over the Oldman River. Lethbridge was hammered by a spring storm Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning that dropped 20-40 centimetres of snow and caused extensive power ourtages that shut down much of the city.
