Day Eleven Anchorage to Fairbanks via Denali

 . . . left Anchorage this morning with mist in 12 C weather.  Dressed all in layers, we hoped for the best.

 Denali Park is gorgeous!  No doubt about it!  every curve reveals something spectacular, and with the sun breaking through, we are thrilled!

 Stopped for lunch right at the Park entrance so to speak, and had fun in all the shops!  what things they sell! 
 As you can see the sun really came out in all its splendor and we were peeling layers off each rest stop!

We arrived at our resort for  two night stay.  We are staying in furnished apartments with our own bedrooms, usually 2 couples to a suite!  This place is amazing . . .  we have an antique car museum on site, as well as a bird sanctuary and other features we will be checking out tomorrow!  (we may not have to leave the property!)  Good choice Lloyd & Corky!!
