Right now I'm in the middle of a 4-night stretch. Today I slept until 3:30pm which was much needed. Then I got going with my 2010 excercise and went to Curves for the first time in ages. Starting out slow so I hope I don't get too stiff & sore tomorrow! It felt great! How you doing? Then this evening starts the new season of the bachelor- I'm a fan. Besides it's about time there was something to watch on TV so I can get going seriously on the treadmill. That way I can get a lot of treadmill time in, and be distracted while I watch my shows! yay!
