Photos from the Turkey Fry Last Sunday

Since I was too sleepy to remember my own camera, I had to scrounge pictures from other sources! I did take these though, with Wally's camera!

What you see here are two 15 pound turkeys in the fryers. It took approximately 50 minutes to cook them, a little more time in the small fryer. The hot oil seals the skin of the bird, trapping all the delicious juices inside. No need for gravy, the meat just melts in your mouth!

The cooking time gave us all some socializing time. The rest of the 49 people are inside the house. It was a bit cool that day, but we had warm fellowship! Friends for Fun, Safety & Knowledge!
