Kristin promised to make me some Borscht soup! This is my All Time Most Favourite soup! I remember when I was a kid, my Polish Grandma used to make borscht and then send several quart sealers home with us. Kristin's tasted just like Grandma's!! Mmmmmm . . . . . .
