Yesterday was my birthday and Kristin & I went to the Citadel Theatre for "The Sound of Music". OMG! It was fabulous! The music was exactly like the movie, with 2 additional songs . . . and the acting & singing was top notch! We both had goose bumps numerous times throughout the evening!
It was a thrill to see so many superb sets that would change electronically in mere seconds!
Of course, picture taking was prohibited BY LAW, so I only got shots of before, intermission and the final bows. We promised ourselves we would see a show each season . . . this is really the BEST way to enjoy theatre!
